Senior Pupils – Last chance to order school photos, order forms must be handed into the school office by Friday.
Winterball – there will be short meeting in the assembly hall after break for all pupils attending winter ball – everyone must attend.
Christmas Concert Tickets – Our annual Christmas concert takes place on Tuesday 18th December at 7pm in St. Ninian’s Cathedral, Perth. Tickets are available from the music department priced £5 for adults and £3 for children.
Ali Baba- Panto performed by staff – Tickets are now on sale for Ali Baba, the Staff Panto and are available from Mrs Johnson in Biology. Show dates are Thursday 13th December and Monday 17th December at 7pm in the assembly hall. Tickets are £5 for adults and £3 for children.
ROTARY YOUTH LEADERSHIP AWARD CAMP (RYLA) – 2019 – The RYLA experience is run as a leadership development course so will be of huge value to participants in their future lives. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate some leadership potential which will be further developed during the camp. Interviews will identify those candidates who would benefit the most from this opportunity, as opposed to those who may already have developed and demonstrated these skills to a high level. If you are interested, see Mr Kirk in G14 for an application form. Application deadline is the 31st December 2018.
S3-6 Badminton Club – Badminton has been cancelled TODAY, our last week before the holidays will be 13th December in the new games hall.
S6 Assembly – period 4 Friday – All S6 must attend this compulsory assembly in the Hall.
Current S3/4 Pupils – There will be a trip to New York in October 2020 (when you will be in S5/6)! This trip has ran successfully in the school for a number of years so we are keen to gauge interest for 2020. There are only 40 places and a deposit of £125 will be required by the end of January if you are chosen to attend. If you are interested in going on this trip and would like more information please speak to Mrs Fairlie in room 2.22.
Ultimate Frisbee (normally Thursday after school in the old sports hall) is cancelled this week, as the hall is being used for a primary netball tournament. The club will be back to normal next Thursday and new members of all abilities are welcome to attend.
All Pupils/Staff – PHS Quiz Night – There will be a quiz night held in the school on Tuesday 11th December from7pm until 9pm, raising money for Mind Space. There will also be a raffle and bake sale on the night. Teams of 4-6 people at £2 per person. To book your team email – firstname.lastname@example.org or just turn up on the night.
S1 Football – If there are any S1 pupils interested in taking part in an inter house football competition on the grass pitch between break and lunch on Wednesday 19th December your house captains will be coming round your registration classes with a sign-up sheet. If you are wishing to take part please be ready and changed in PE kit (white top, black shorts) by the beginning of 3rd period. Keep a look out for additional advertisements including information in the bulletin and on posters around the school.
