S4/5/6 – The Healthcare Experience, PRI, 26th November 2019: Applications are invited from senior pupils interested in working in health or social care. This 4 hour session at PRI offers the opportunity to work alongside various professionals and learn in a practical way about their professions/job roles in hospital and homes. Information on a range of professions will be available, such as dietetics, medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physiotherapy, podiatry, social work and speech and language therapy. Places are limited. Application through Mrs Martin. Please note applications must be signed by your Guidance Teacher. Application deadline is Friday 25 October. Applications are open to S4/5/6 pupils but please note priority will be given to S5/6 if numbers are oversubscribed.
Textiles Club is cancelled this week 26th September.

S5/S6 – Want to talk about your favourite books and/or widen your reading? We’re looking for Snr Pupils to join a Pupil/Staff Book Group for book chat and reading in a relaxed atmosphere. Interested? Leave your name with Mrs Burns (Library).
