S1 Football – Training is back on Monday 10th February. Please attend if you are interested in playing in the upcoming Scottish Plate game. Everyone is welcome. Announcements will now go up on the 4.17 door as well as in the bulletin.
S6 – Network Rail September 2020 Advanced Engineering Apprenticeships – 1 post each in Montrose, Dundee and Perth. You must be 18 on or before 29 September 2020 and have Highers in English, Maths, a Science subject (or NVQ or BTEC Level 2 or above in an Engineering subject) and one other subject at Higher. TODAY, all 1460 pupils plus staff will undergo CPR training from emergency care professionals in restarting a heart as part of the national Save a Life for Scotland campaign which aims to train half a million people to carry out life-saving CPR. There will be 20 minutes instruction in the assembly hall followed by a 20 minute practical session in the old games hall. You should go to your normal class, then promptly come to the assembly hall with your teacher. Bring your bag and coat with you. Wait outside the hall until you are asked to enter and then sit with your class in your allocated area.

S5 – Medic Insight Week June 2020: Applications for Medic Insight will open at 08:00 on Monday 2nd March 2020, and will close at 17:00 on Monday 9th March 2020. It is essential that pupils have an interest in a career in medicine prior to applying for the Medic Insight programme. They should also have predicted grades similar to the entry requirements for medicine (AAAAB for Scottish Highers – this must include Chemistry, with Biology to at least S4 level). Pupils are required to submit an online application, including their predicted grades. The link to this application form will be available at https://forms.gle/D3Lkbvw67J2v8mPL8.
