S1 Boys Football – If anyone left belongings at football training last night please collect from the school office.
Mr Murray

All Staff and Pupils – Cop 26 is coming to Glasgow – Hopefully you have all heard about the massive UN Climate Change Conference that is being held in Glasgow in November.

Unfortunately the world is currently not on track to limit global warming to 1.5 degrees. If we continue as we are temperatures will carry on rising, bringing even more catastrophic and extreme weather and the destruction of species.  We need to act now!

There are some of us in PHS who would like to put on some activities to highlight the crisis the planet is facing when Cop 26 is on.

If you are interested in getting involved please come to a meeting so we can get an idea of the scale of events we can organise.

We may be able to do something through Houses, Personal Support Time, class subjects or year groups so we need to find out from you what we could do as a school to highlight this crisis.

We can’t emphasise enough how important this is.

If you have ever felt the urge to do something to save this beautiful and precious planet, not for only for ourselves and our future generations but all the other living things on this earth, then come along to a meeting in the Hall Monday 4th October 1.30pm or contact me.

Ms Marion Egginton, Email: MEgginton@pkc.gov.uk
