Thursday is non uniform day to raise money for school funds. You can pay through parent pay or bring £1 to your support teacher.
School Photos – S6 fun/ Prefects/ Buddies photos are available to order from the school office. If you have placed an order for an individual photo please collect from school office.
College Pupils – The only college courses running on Friday are foundation apprentice ships.
Scottish Cup Football Success – Well done to the S4 Football team who beat Glenrothes HS 9-2 in the U16 Scottish Cup game on Monday 30th September, 2019. We now progress into the next round where we will face Nicolson Institute (Stornoway) – thankfully it’s a home tie!

Inter-house Maths Quiz – This takes place today (Wednesday) in the assembly hall at 1.30pm. Bring along a team of between 4-6 people. If you do not have a team come along and we will place you in a team. Earn house points for taking part. Prizes will be given!
SIGN CLUB is on today in the Library. Want to talk with your hands? Fancy learning British Sign Language? Come along today at 1.45pm! (Please note: the Library will be open for Sign Club and individual study/reading only).
The Kids Lit Quiz team has now been chosen. Thank you to everyone who took part. If you didn’t make it into this team, don’t despair – there may be the opportunity to be part of another quiz team later in the session.
S6 – don’t forget to send in your Baby Photo AND complete the S6 Poll for the Yearbook! Baby photos can be handed in to the Library or emailed to PHSLibrary@pkc.gov.uk. (All print photos will be returned). The poll can also be picked up and dropped off when complete in the Library.

S2 Pupils – Málaga trip – There are some spaces left on the proposed trip to Málaga, Southern Spain in May 2020. If you are interested, please see Mrs Yellowley or your language teacher for information. Confirmation and deposits would have to be made by 3rd October 2019.
South Africa 2020 – Please can all pupils going to South Africa in February please attend a meeting in G33 (Mrs Feron’s room) TODAY 2nd October at 1.45pm.

Pupil Voice Community Group – There will be a meeting at 1.40pm during lunchtime on Thursday 3rd October in Mr Clark’s room. Can everyone who is in the community group please try to attend.
S6 – Interested in a gap year or a career in the ski and snowboard industry? The Winter Sports Company are currently accepting applications for Ski & Snowboard Instructor courses and internships in Canada and New Zealand for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. Internships train students to be a level 1 instructor with a guaranteed job as an instructor for the winter. Applicants do not need previous instructor experience to apply. U13 Club Netball – All S1 players are welcome to go along to Club netball Tuesday evenings at Perth College UHI Academy of Sport & Wellbeing 6.30-8pm. Weekly fees are £3 and there is an initial £15 affiliation fee.

S1 & S2 Halloween Bake Off – Calling all budding bakers! The Home Economics department are running an interhouse Halloween Bake off on Thursday 31st October after school. Your challenge is to bake and decorate 6 cupcakes with a spooky theme in 1 hour 30 minutes. All participants will be awarded house points for participation.
If you are interested, add your name to the sign-up sheet outside room 3.15 and come along to a meeting at break time TODAY in room 3.19.
