S1 Pupils – A cricket club has been set up at Errol Primary School on Thursday’s from 6pm – 8pm and it starts this week. This club is free and is for S1 pupils that live in the Carse of Gowrie and who currently attend Perth High School. This club has been set up in partnership with Active Schools and the Eastern Perth Youth Alliance. I hope to see as many S1’s there as possible as it is a great opportunity to play sport and to chat to the Youth Worker to help them assess the needs of your area.

S2-S5 Pupils – Sports Coaching Qualifications – Entry level sports coaching/leadership/officiating courses will take place during the Easter holidays. These include dance, swimming, sports leadership, netball, athletics, hockey leaders, tennis and hockey youth umpire award. See Miss Cook or Mr McDougall in PE for an application form. Cross Country – The Perth and Kinross Cross Country Championships 2019 will take place at Scone Racecourse on Tuesday 19th of March 2019. Anyone interested in competing should see Mr Sutherland (PE) asap, either in the New Games Hall or in 3.10 during Support.

Mr Sutherland

We would like to remind pupils that Tuesday and Thursdays lunchtimes in the Library are for homework or reading ONLY.  Increasing numbers of pupils seem unable to respect this, or to respect the relaxed but quiet atmosphere we strive for over the remainder of the week.  If pupils cannot behave appropriately, we will have no choice but to restrict access.
