Careers Appointments – Please can the following pupils attend their careers appointment today in the library.
S1 – S4 Dancers/Gymnasts needed! – If you are a dancer or gymnast who would be interested in taking part in a photography project for one of our senior pupils, please attend a short meeting in room 4.17 at break on Thursday 8th February. This will be an opportunity for questions to be asked and for you to have a look at what will be involved. Any gender welcome.
MHA Drop in – Bored at lunch? Fancy a chat or just want to chill? Pop along to 1.6 and have some down time with the MHA team. Starts at 1.40pm
PKC Schools Badminton Competition – Any player who has not yet handed in a permission slip for the competition, please do so ASAP to Mr Fraser in Biology.

Over 16s only Full bar, raffle, £5 entry at door Please note the raffle and races are cash only If you can’t make the night and would still like to support the event, raffle prizes would be greatly appreciated – please hand in to school office.
Are you interested in news stories, interviewing and journalism? – The school newspaper is the club for you! This is open to all years. Seniors- it will give you a key opportunity to gain and build on management/ organisational experience which will increase your skills for your CV. Juniors – it will give you the chance to build on lots of skills and increase your confidence in a variety of different roles. If you are particularly interested in IT, design, and marketing, this would also suit you as we are planning on publishing this newspaper online so need to produce some eye-catching material! Above all, this will be a chance to share new, be creative and have fun!
If this is something you are interested in, even just to share some ideas in the initial phase, then please come along to Miss Robertson’s classroom (English Department, room 4.2) on Monday lunch times. I look forward to seeing you there!
