S4-S6 – London Trip – there are a few spaces available for the London trip. If you would like to visit the UK Parliament at Westminster and see the musical Lion King please see Mr Clark in G18 asap.

S1-S3 English Supported Study – English supported study for S1-S3 will be running on a Tuesday Lunchtime in 4.13 with Miss Aird. Come to along to support your creative and functional writing skills plus your RUAE techniques.

Pupil Gym – We are opening up our fantastic new gym for pupil use at lunchtimes this week – spaces are limited to 25 pupils for each lunchtime session – we will have a booking system up and running soon, but to begin with we will operate on a first come, first served basis – 

Slots are open as follows:-

Monday Lunch for S4-S6

Tuesday Lunch for S1-S3

Wed. Lunch for S4-S6

Thurs. Lunch for S1-S3

We understand that demand will be high for these slots – please be respectful to the staff manning these sessions in their lunchbreak and to your fellow pupils who get a place – Please turn up to the PE Block for 13:30 for entry.

Fashion Pupils – Please could all Fashion pupils from last year please come and collect their garments/items from Mrs Mason in 3.15 by Friday 20th September.

S4-6 Musicians – In June 2025, the Music Department are organising a performance trip to Austria with concerts in both Salzburg and Vienna.  We have 36 spaces for Musicians initially from S4-6.  If you would like to be part of this exciting trip, please come and see Mrs Black in G20 for an information letter with costings etc.  The trip dates are the 14th-22nd June 2025.  This exciting excursion has been successful in previous years and we look forward to promoting our school and musicianship in Europe!

On the 26th and 27th September Live-n-Learn will be delivering focused sessions on study skills to S4 house groups.  The house timings are as follows, please ensure that young people attend at the correct time.

S4-6 pupils interested in Wind power/sustainability: Any pairs of pupils who would like to create an information poster/presentation/video clip about “the importance of Wind energy in building a sustainable future for Scotland” please attend a short meeting with Mr Ajeda in room 1.18 at interval on Friday 20th September.
